Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and website presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be relevant.
Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement- drive engagement by creating high-quality original content.
Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each media channels. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on time (e.g. original text, posts, short and long form articles, photos, videos and news). Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
Timely preparation and management of content calendars for all social media channels. On time delivery and dispatch of all marketing materials.
Building and monitoring brand awareness, engagement, SEO and traffic by setting specific objectives and reports on ROI-customer engagement; site traffic metrics; acquisition of fan page base and Facebook group.
Detailed, on time reporting of the marketing budget and brand awareness metrics to our global headquarters. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement. That includes: responding to comments on each of our accounts; overseeing customer service provided via social (proactive lead acquisition, word of mouth advertising; gorilla marketing across relevant groups, fan pages, etc.). Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
Ensure that brand consistency is always kept in line with global communication guidelines.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer -relations programs (A-Z organization of social media giveaways; etc.).
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Provides short- and long- term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis and interpretation of market data, media usage, consumer preferences.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, digital design, journalism or related fields.
Minimum 1 year proven experience in digital marketing; ideally in the property market sector.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing organic digital communication: social media, website content, newsletters, SEO/ SEM, marketing database, etc.
Proven ability to build & manage social media communities (crisis management communication).
Solid knowledge of :Photoshop, text writing and editing software, online photo archive galleries (Adobe Stock); Google Analytics, WebTrends, Meta Business Suite, Getresponse (and other mass mailing platforms). Familiarity with web design. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
High attention to details – excellent copywriting skills and refined aesthetic approach to graphics, videos.
Native Polish speaker; Proficient in English (both writing, speaking and listening).
Works well in a team and individually.
Independent, self-motivated, organized with good project managing skills.
Highly developed analytical skills – both qualitative and quantitative.
Has basic GDP knowledge and understands legal implications when conducting digital media communication.
Problem solver, multitasker and creative thinker.
