For our Client, a technology company headquartered in Warsaw, offering world class IT services across the globe, in the scope of software development, content creation, customer support, marketing, and business development, we are searching for:
Digital Marketing Specialist

Scope of responsibilities:

  • drive and manage all digital marketing campaigns across different channels;
  • collaborate with marketing team members to exchange data observations, key learnings, and creative ideas;
  • assist in analyzing and testing marketing data (conversion rates, traffic, campaign results, A/B testing etc.);
  • lead the development and implementation of overall digital marketing strategy;
  • create and implement onsite and offsite SEO & SEM strategies (conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance);
  • develop business cases for marketing programs at the initial stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics;
  • act as an owner of all analytical tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.);
  • ideation, creation and clear writing of compelling, relevant stories, messages, content and educational information for internal and external stakeholders;
  • provides support to the Marketing Manager to execute the department’s strategic plans and initiatives.

Required skills and competencies:

  • at least 3+ years of experience in the field of digital marketing;
  • data-driven digital marketer with a proven track record of leading strategy and execution across multiple channels that directly drive business impact;
  • proven work experience in multinational/multilingual environments is a plus;
  • deep knowledge of the cross-channel digital marketing landscape;
  • communicates simple and moderates subject matter in an effective manner through strong verbal and written methods;
  • a team-player with exceptional collaboration skills;
  • a self-starter that can work independently with limited supervision or as a part of a team;
  • demonstrates initiative and pro-active approach to problem-solving;
  • must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business in a fast-paced working environment;
  • good command of English B2/C1.
