Holistic approach to digital campaigns in Poland, a generalist in the field of digital marketing
Build up an annual investment plan: analyze needs, impact and optimum investment in various marketing channels
Measure conversion by channel, analyze profitability of digital campaigns, budget monitoring
Proactively propose and push actionable campaigns for budget and results optimization in order to ensure the accomplishment of targets
Identify new opportunities and propose new marketing strategies involving mobile, web and social media
Coordinate marketing researches to monitor the digital environment and portfolio performance
Quick decision and project management applied to propose, develop and ensure execution of call to action programs to boost KPIs
Local implementation of Group programs - understanding, supporting and delivering the program goals & objectives; share and promote best practices
Cooperation with advertising agencies, media house, challenging suppliers to continuously innovate
Run national LinkedIn page
Follow-up the accomplishment of the Digital KPIs, being responsible for content and features of the digital channels

University degree, preferably with a business/digital marketing background
3-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing, interest in the field
Project management and quick decision making skills
Full involvement in projects, good ownership skills
Problem solving ability, analytical and business mindset, creativity and openness to new solutions
Structured, proactive, result driven, resourceful and self-motivated
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish is a must
