    is looking for candidates for the position of:

    Digital Merchandising Specialist
    in E-Business Division

    Warsaw, office in Zlote Tarasy building


    Digital Merchandising specialist will be reporting to the Head of E-business. This role will play a key role in maintaining & providing best in class content experience for our digital partners and associates alike (from brief to live) as well as helping to maximize the exposure and performance of the Mars online Petcare portfolio by defining, executing and measuring the online merchandising strategy, from traffic, search, content, placement to monitoring and reporting. 

    Principal Accountabilities: 

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high quality  E-commerce  website content for improved search results for Mars PetCare brands
    • Execute Digital Merchandising strategy on retailers websites especially
    • Collaborate with Analyst and/or external agencies to track performance of  activities and  recommend adjustments/changes
    • Collaborate with Analyst and/or external agencies to execute web store SEO strategy 
    • Research and analyze competitor search strategy

    Ideal candidate:

    We are looking for someone with a passion for the digital channel, with proven analytics experience, ideally within the digital space.

    • 2 years experience in eCommerce and mCommerce
    • Experience in managing brand portfolios of products online
    • Prior and demonstrable experience in a larger retailer or agency with exposure to teamwork, systems, data, insights and learnings
    • Experience with online content strategy and management 
    • Team player with ability to work and collaborate effectively with cross functional team
    • Strong focus on personal development and growth
    • Higher education – ideally in marketing, management, economic or new technologies 
    • Very good English
    • Driving licence


    • Understand core business metrics and how these can be influenced by the merchandising
    • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and how to implement in a brand appropriate tone of voice and customer experience
    • Experience with various digital marketing technologies, web platforms and user generated content tools to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience
