Your responsibilities

  • Hoist Finance is looking for a well – rounded Digital Performance Manager to drive and develop our digital operations stategies to maximise Self-Service business performance of our unsecured business collections.

  • Manage a team of market digital officers in their role to implement and execute the strategies in all markets, coordinating with the local Strategy Managers.

  • Increase the digital collection (several million euros per month) and the digital collection rate within Hoist Finance Unsecured business line.

  • Set company objectives and monitor digital collection performance and results.

  • Together with the Analytics Teams, build the digital Collection KPI framework and follow the implementation of the corresponding reports.

  • Report on digital performance and animate monthly business reviews with Hoist Finance management.

  • Participate to the definition of standard digital strategies.

  • Steer the market implementation of the strategies, considering the local particularities (country, customers, assets classes) and monitor the market digital strategy adherence.

  • Continuous digital strategy optimization considering results, steering committees feedback and decisions, A/B testing.

Our requirements

  • Experience working with Operational Strategy in a debt collection environment.

  • Previous management experience.

  • Preferable experience working in digital strategies.

  • Fluent oral and written English skills.

  • Advanced communication skillls with ability to influence at senior level.

  • Teamwork, Organized, Adaptability skills
