Your responsibilities

  • Work with the ePMO, Finance, and other business stakeholders to gather data, report portfolio performance, and run the governance process.

  • Deeply understand the unmet needs of business stakeholders and the ability to add digital value proposition to address the unmet needs.

  • Deeply understand digital capabilities and assets to propose solutions.

  • Work closely with the Product Owners, Product Managers, and Product Category Leaders to implement product roadmaps.

  • Takes a proactive approach to anticipating issues and risks, working with the Product Owners and Product Managers in partnering with senior leadership for risk mitigation and resolution.

  • Support growing the pipeline of digital products and capabilities in alignment with the business product road map.

  • Analyze requirements, solution analysis and estimate of effort for detailed quotes within the analyst's expertise.

  • Identify opportunities to uplift value from existing solutions

  • Identify and filter market and technology trends to capture new digital product opportunities to be share with product managers and senior leadership.

  • Work in partnership with Product Groups, GBS, Digital COEs, MS and Regions.

Our requirements

  • 5+ previous experience successfully delivering on projects or/and in product or engineering or technical sales.

  • Experience and being involved with the end to end process of a project.

  • Strong technology and business acumen

  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, presentation skills

  • Highly proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in high pace and high stakes environment

Optional

  • 5+ year of project management experience;

  • Knowledge/ experience in the areas of Data Science, AI, Data & Analytics

  • Passionate about the possibilities (and challenges) of an increasingly digitally enabled world

  • Experience in any analytics/BI tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, SalesForce is a plus.

  • Experience in PM tools such as PlanView, PPM, etc. is a plus.

    The role of the Digital Portfolio Analyst is to deliver high quality business analyst solutions that enable valued business outcomes and informed decisions by key stakeholders.

    What can you expect?

    • The role of the Portfolio Analyst serves as point-of-contact for Mercer Digital, for the assigned portfolio.

    • Key to this role is to support driving and growing a portfolio digital products, capabilities and strategic initiatives across Mercer's businesses - Health, Wealth and Career.

    • This role will help the Portfolio Head to report the portfolio performance to senior executives.

    • This role will help the Portfolio Head to work with ePMO on the governance process of investment.
