    Location: Warsaw

    We are now looking for a Digital Projects & Innovation Manager  to be based in Warsaw, Poland.

    The primary responsibility of this role will be to define Europe HR Digital Strategy and drive the Roadmap in coordination with the Global Digital Strategy, Project Execution and Change Management to increase digitization and digital UX across HR processes in Europe.

     
    Major duties and responsibilities:
    • Digital Strategy & Roadmap: Define Europe Digital strategy including "digital healthcheck", assess Europe processes vs "healthcheck" and build Regional Digital Roadmap, working with Countries and global organization to ensure alignment of Country Digital Roadmap with Global  & Europe Digital Strategy.

    • Global & Regional Roadmap: Drive the implementation of Digital Projects.

    • RPA: Drive automation (basic & cognitive), in partnership with Global RPA Team, to deliver efficiency, quality, speed and enhanced UX. Build Warsaw RPA capability to bring speed and agility, implementing Change Management Plan.

    • Payroll & TM Roadmap: Support Europe Payroll Strategy, assessing future Payroll & TM System changes, coordinate the Regional Roadmap and where needed drive Country implementation projects.

    • Leadership: Recruit, build and motivate the Digital Projects & Innovation Team. Ensure the ongoing development of the Teams’ skills/competences and that resource levels are optimized to meet business needs, and that there is sufficient capacity in the event of absence, turnover or unforeseen events.

    • Digital Community & Capability: Animate digital Europe HR Services (HRS) community for good practice sharing, assess capability vs changing needs & define learning curriculum (in line with Careers@HRS) to support capability uplift.

    • Innovation: Represent Europe as part of Global Digital Innovation group, understanding UX needs from Europe Business and HR community, animating innovation opportunities and influencing global innovation direction.

    • Governance: In close partnership with Schneider Digital, act as Demand Validation approver for all Local HR Application requests across Europe, assessing request vs driver criteria to ensure consistency and alignment with Digital Strategy.

    • Budget Control & ROI: Validation & follow up of budgets and the realization of planned business cases in line with HRS & Project Managers.

    Required qualifications and skills:
    • Degree in Business, IT or HR

    • Fluent English

    • Hands on experience in driving international digital projects on a global or regional scale

    • Digitally savvy; ideally with a working knowledge of Robotics Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence

    • Ability to lead, motivate and build talent, and to work with a remote team and community in a matrix organization

    • Ideally experience of operating within a fast-paced, dynamic and results oriented shared services environment

    • Strong influencing/convincing and stakeholder engagement skills

    • Relentless drive & commitment to achieve results and challenge the status quo.
