Your responsibilities
- Manage team of implementation consultants
- Lead and perform implementation projects in Qalcwise no-code applications development platform
- Support existing customers and business partners
- Perform reviews on other team member’s deliverables
- Attend and contribute to daily calls / scrum meetings
- Communicate with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and manage any questions or clarifications
- Interact with Qalcwise development team regarding ongoing projects as well as product development
- Follow best practices and procedures
- Mentor junior team members
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong academic record
- Minimum 3 years of work experience around IT projects as Senior Business Analyst, Solution Owner, Consultant or Project Manager.
- Experience in IT solution implementation projects (BPM, workflow, ERP systems)
- Low code/no code application development experience - recommended
- Understanding of application design, development, support and enhancement lifecycle
- Ability to analyze, design and model of business processes
- Strong track record working in a technical role to perform business process analysis, gather requirements and develop/configure digital applications
- Experience working in a team of analysts/developers/testers/project managers and ability to collaborate with colleagues in different locations
- Experience working in software development life cycle (Waterfall/Agile) across all phases including design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, maintenance
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and manage small team
