Your responsibilities
Manage team of implementation consultants
Lead and perform implementation projects in Qalcwise no-code applications development platform
Support existing customers and business partners
Perform reviews on other team member’s deliverables
Attend and contribute to daily calls / scrum meetings
Communicate with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and manage any questions or clarifications
Interact with Qalcwise development team regarding ongoing projects as well as product development
Follow best practices and procedures
Mentor junior team members
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong academic record
Minimum 3 years of work experience around IT projects as Senior Business Analyst, Solution Owner, Consultant or Project Manager.
Experience in IT solution implementation projects (BPM, workflow, ERP systems)
Low code/no code application development experience - recommended
Understanding of application design, development, support and enhancement lifecycle
Ability to analyze, design and model of business processes
Strong track record working in a technical role to perform business process analysis, gather requirements and develop/configure digital applications
Experience working in a team of analysts/developers/testers/project managers and ability to collaborate with colleagues in different locations
Experience working in software development life cycle (Waterfall/Agile) across all phases including design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, maintenance
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and manage small team
