About the project

We are looking for Digital Supporter, dedicated team-member, who is passionate about learning and applying new technology every day. You will be joining a dedicated First Response Team in our office in Gdansk, Poland to extend our global Digital support in the region.

Your responsibilities

  • Correctly triage, categorize and prioritize incoming tickets following best practices within Digital Operations

  • Provide efficient and customer-focused Digital support using various communication channels (95% via ServiceNow ticketing system)

  • Investigate causes of complicated incidents and seeks resolution

  • Escalate of unresolved incidents

  • Actively participate in creation and updating documentation of business processes and knowledge articles

  • Support team members with expertise, share knowledge

  • Closely cooperate with all Hempel Digital departments and 3rd parties

  • Meeting performance goals

Our requirements

  • Min. 1 years of experience supporting Windows 10 operating system

  • Proficiency supporting office productivity applications (Office, SharePoint, Teams)

  • Experience using a ticket system for customer service requests

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting - would be an advantage

  • Understanding of basic networking concepts including (TCP/IP, switches, routers and WiFi) - would be an advantage

  • Fluent in English – verbal as well as writing

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

  • Courage to fail and learn from failure

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented person, with can-do attitude

Additional information:

  • We are working with ServiceNow Ticketing System and mainly receiving requests via system.

  • We are working from Monday to Friday mainly supporting our internal employees from 8:00-16:00.
