About the project
We are looking for Digital Supporter, dedicated team-member, who is passionate about learning and applying new technology every day. You will be joining a dedicated First Response Team in our office in Gdansk, Poland to extend our global Digital support in the region.
Your responsibilities
Correctly triage, categorize and prioritize incoming tickets following best practices within Digital Operations
Provide efficient and customer-focused Digital support using various communication channels (95% via ServiceNow ticketing system)
Investigate causes of complicated incidents and seeks resolution
Escalate of unresolved incidents
Actively participate in creation and updating documentation of business processes and knowledge articles
Support team members with expertise, share knowledge
Closely cooperate with all Hempel Digital departments and 3rd parties
Meeting performance goals
Our requirements
Min. 1 years of experience supporting Windows 10 operating system
Proficiency supporting office productivity applications (Office, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience using a ticket system for customer service requests
Experience with hardware troubleshooting - would be an advantage
Understanding of basic networking concepts including (TCP/IP, switches, routers and WiFi) - would be an advantage
Fluent in English – verbal as well as writing
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Courage to fail and learn from failure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented person, with can-do attitude

Additional information:
We are working with ServiceNow Ticketing System and mainly receiving requests via system.
We are working from Monday to Friday mainly supporting our internal employees from 8:00-16:00.
