Your responsibilities
Design solutions related to the mastered technique in conjunction with the Architect;
Prepare and execute of customer specific presentations and technical workshops, draw up system designs and concepts, support in creation of offerings and support in creation of sales strategies;
Develop technology specific documentation, materials, blueprints, showcases etc.;
Contribute to discovery – design & strategy – implementation - test phases as requested;
Single point of contact for Consultants for all questions regarding their technology and associated offerings;
Promote their respective products and technologies to increase the acceptance of their technology solutions and speed up technology consumption & adoption;
Take Customer requirements and design viable technical solutions fitting the customer’s business strategy;
Ability to determine possible root cause of technology issues – suggest further assessments to confirm & advise on possible solutions / remedies to address Customer pain points;
Work with different stakeholders (within Atos, from customer & other vendors) to plan implementation of the needed process improvements;
Govern implementation of the solutions and ensure qualitative pilot delivery;
Contribute to our Technology Consulting services offering, knowledge-base and capabilities.
Digital Transformation:
Understand the trends in digital technology such as Digital Sales and Marketing, Industry 4.0, Digital Ecosystems, Personalization, Customer Journey, Digital Supply Chain, Digital HR and others;
Have an understanding of the business impact of following Technology enablers: Data and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Metaverse, Digital Platforms, Cybersecurity and Digital Products;
Having both business and technical hats, so he/she can propose the technologies in a way that maximizes business capabilities;
Able to build business cases for digital transformation;
Having and experience in business capabilities modelling in order to ensure the fit for purpose of proposed technology solutions;
Design multiple Customer Journeys including omnichannel sales and delivery;
Prepare impact analysis of digital transformation on company processes and operating model;
Design the roadmap for Digital Transformation based on in-depth analysis of current state and the design of future state;
Experience with change management in big Digital Transformation projects.
Our requirements
+5 years relevant experience, with proven results & referrals that can confirm;
Blend of business and technical understanding, prior experience with process improvements;
Broad understanding of the Technology and market you will work for (key issues affecting the customers in order to deliver them compelling value proposition and technology choices);
Deep knowledge of Atos portfolio and partners - evangelist of the technical services produced by the Service Lines;
Knowledge and experience within Digital Transformation;
Ideally experience in the full life cycle of assessment, design, and implementation - experience in implementing end-to-end services;
Excellent oral and written communication skills – advanced English level - mandatory; preferably fluent in another European language – e.g., French, German, Dutch, Spanish
Hold a technical degree;
Willingness to travel
