Your responsibilities

The Digital Transformation Lead role is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a critical deliverable for a customer in this key segment for ISS. Dual reporting to the Segment Business Solutions Lead (primary) and the Global Account Director, this role is responsible delivering technology-led innovations across multiple countries, with the aim of improving efficiency, effectiveness and/or experience on one of our Global Key Accounts operating across Europe.

Key Purpose

• Be a SPOC for the customer in technology-related matters and ownership of the joint Technology Roadmap

• Manage the end-to-end process of implementation of digital solutions across the portfolio, such as IoT, RPA and other technology-led initiatives. From inception through to completion, including business case and technical responses to client approvals process.

• Collaborate with Group IT to identify applicable best practices, and ensure early deployment on the GKA, as a lighthouse contract.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop a forward-looking Technology Roadmap for the account.

• Establish and maintain governance processes to direct, monitor, and assess Technology Roadmap implementation progress and outcomes.

• Lead and direct technology implementation programmes and projects.

• Collaborate with ISS Group IT to identify a pipeline of potential technology-led initiatives that enables the account to be a lighthouse contract for proptech and digitization.

• Be the single point of contact for the customer in technology matters.

• Communicate and coordinate with ISS and Customer stakeholders to ensure cross-country awareness and adoption of the implemented Technology systems

• Ensure compliance with the Technology Service Specification and client approvals process (

• Establish and agree processes for raising new innovation solutions (new initiatives), engaging employees in the process and contributing to the successful integration of approved initiatives into the ADP

• Coordination with FMS instance responsible and business transformation functions assigned to account on an ad-hoc basis.

• Responsibility for developing and designing reports and supporting processes to deliver improved decision making.

Professional Experience

• Programme Management and Project Management expertise.

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently, support decision making on funding decisions and prioritisation, and providing guidance to project resources.

• Ability to manage and communicate change, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues.

Personal profile

• Structured, analytic, detail-oriented.

• Ability to engage with stakeholders to support consistent adoption and application of Technology systems, to drive standardisation and operational efficiency.

• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills.
