Your responsibilities

  • Create analytical reports to drive strategic business decisions, providing upper-level management with accurate and pertinent information, allowing them to make the most informed decisions possible.

  • Build and standardize reporting packages for senior leadership.

  • Develop tools such as forms, templates, and dashboards as needed, quickly building and delivering said tools upon request.

  • Create ad hoc reporting and analytics to solve business challenges as well as interpret data.

  • Anticipate business needs and create proactive reporting.

  • Partner with business groups on digitalization efforts, helping said business groups become maximally efficient.

  • Collaborate with other HR areas to create efficiencies in data collection, reporting, and analytics.

  • Streamline workforce data collection and accelerate the synthesis of productive data-driven reports.

  • Facilitate the digitalization process of different business segments, assisting with and accelerating the adoption of time-saving business tools.

  • Frequent data review/validation to ensure data quality.

  • Partner with HRIS team to support reporting requests.

  • Flexibility in working hours needed to support global organization with offices in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific – may require some evenings and some International travel to accommodate time differences.

Our requirements

  • Educated to degree level and / or post graduate diploma.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within HR, preferably being well versed in digital transformation and workforce analytics.

  • Experience creating data collection tools (i.e., surveys, forms, dashboards), tools such as Excel, Power BI, Success Factors.

  • Advanced technical skills in Excel preferable – including macros, VBA.

  • Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written.

  • Proactive, critical thinking, self-starter and analytical mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while also as part of a professional team. Managing a demanding customer base and progressive workload is essential.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment is crucial.

  • Excellent communication and skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.
