Technologies we use
Drives actively the IT strategy development for Operations/Production in alignment with our business partners as well as important stakeholders with the target to harmonize and standardize the IT landscape in ZF’s factory plants;
Derives necessary sub-strategies on different application layers (MES, SCADA, Connectivity, Reporting) to achieve defined strategic targets. That includes strategic assessments as well as strategic roadmap planning;
Ownership and continuous improvement of the IT Strategy Development process for Operations;
Qualified consulting of our business partners regarding strategic questions and decisions;
Supports our divisions to develop divisional IT strategies and roadmaps in alignment with our corporate IT strategy guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or engineering is required;
Experience with professional strategy development processes;
3 years of work experience in IT and/or Production;
Critical and analytical thinking, communication, and research skills;
Very good English speaking and writing skills;
Team player and highly self-organized.
