Your responsibilities

  • Support & Operation related only to related Diligent platform (SaaS, on-premise Windows ACL agents, 3rd party software) by customer:

  • 1st and 2nd line resolution of Incident/Request related to Diligent platform

  • Monitoring the Diligent Platform for availability and processing failures and covering necessary activities in case of any outage

  • Maintenance of Diligent Platform e.g. operational procedures like system restarts, application fixes, clean-up activities

  • Coordination of infrastructure or platform related activities

  • Reporting of SLA/KPIs in weekly customer Team meeting

  • Changes

  • Support the delivery of changes according to current Integration delivery lifecycle

  • Handover to respective Support organization

Our requirements

  • Windows Server 2019,

  • MS SQL,

  • Azure Basics,

  • Python

  • English B2

  • Overall IT understanding

  • Willingness to learn
