Your responsibilities
global responsibility for accounting and taxes with more than 30 legal entities in more than 15 countries
the chance to continue transforming Transporeon’s Accounting and Tax function by harmonization, standardization, automation and digitalization of tasks and processes and implementation of software tools

Our requirements
minimum 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of international accounting and taxes
a strong finance IT background including understanding of how to use BI systems and other software tools to optimize and simplify accounting, reporting and tax processes
extensive knowledge in preparing consolidated accounts (IFRS/HGB) and entity accounts according to local GAAPs
know-how to ensure tax compliance in all countries in close cooperation with external advisors and to optimize complex topics such as inter-company transactions and intellectual property tax planning
strong leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop an international team with about 25 colleagues
a big picture view while being able to dig into details whenever appropriate
an entrepreneurial international mindset to develop Transporeon’s accounting and tax function into the next level
fluent German, English and Polish
