Job Description
 
This job will enable you to be in the center of events in Sabre. You will be engaged in strategic projects at an executive level and you will be responsible for the efficient operation of day to day business. Working directly with our site leader, connecting with all parts of the organization in Kraków and driving cross-functional initiatives you will be partnering with our key team members.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Business optimization, budgeting, financial analysis and control, leadership development, assisting with the assessment of technology and training needs, customer and employee communication, hiring and also partners with Human Resources on various company-wide efforts.
  • Program development, corporate services functions and systems integration.
  • Execution of the completion of strategic projects and initiatives together with multidiscipline teams.
  • Responsibility for operational matters and effective achievement of objectives.
  • Consistent work on complex issues or with complex ideas or situations across the scope of responsibility; Able to navigate by having in-depth functional, company and industry knowledge.
  • Interactions with executives, company peers, advisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years related experience; 8 years prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Responsibility for operations in an international organization, designing processes and business optimization.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relations in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong management/leadership ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player.
  • A technical background in software development company will be an additional strength.
