Job Description
 
This is one of the key roles in driving Sabre transformation. Reporting directly to the Site Leader you will be uniquely positioned to create and execute the communication strategy both, internally and externally to ensure that our current and future employees are aware of what is happening in the company. Leading the communication team and partnering with our vendors you will have the opportunity to work independently, in collaboration with global teams, in shaping Sabre’s brand image in the market.
 
Among your responsibilities you will find:
  • Designing, implementing and directing the strategic planning, development, and coordination of all marketing communications programs to promote the company’s initiatives.
  • Consulting with other areas of management or business units and PR agency to leverage web marketing.
  • Managing the preparation of employer branding aids and recommending the media best suited to promote Sabre.
  • Interacting with vendors to produce promotional material and organize events.
  • Overseeing the communication team.
  • Responsibility for operational matters and effective achievement of objectives.
  • Interactions required with executives, company peers, advisors locally and globally.

Job Requirements:

  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years related experience.
  • 8 years prior management experience.
  • High level of event planning experience and skills and knowledge of event planning technology tools.
  • Good project/process management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
