Your responsibilities
Act as a people leader, line managing teams across the centre of excellence.
Hiring and setting up the initial team for the creation of the centre of excellence.
Work with team members to set personal objectives, in consultation with MDLs, Service Owners and Expertise Leads.
Conduct structured and ad hoc reviews with team members to manage the performance of the team, in consultation with MDLs, Service Owners and Expertise Leads.
Set expectations and ensure that each team member has a clear understanding of where they currently sit against these.
Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere, supporting a high-performance culture and helping to embed the company values.
Work with Expertise Leads and Service Owners to establish training needs and provide coaching and support for each team member’s personal growth and development.
Collaborate with People & Culture and coordinate within their team as a lead point of contact on key people processes including remuneration reviews, talent refreshes, employee engagement, promotion recommendations and objective setting.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Listen to team members’ feedback and facilitate the resolution of issues or conflicts.
Help to distil and disseminate information to the team on Divisional Strategy, Divisional Performance and other important topics.
Drive CHPD (chargeable hours per day) within the teams by ensuring a continued focus on value-add revenue-generating activities.
Our requirements
Law degree (at least Bachelor) required.
Legal experience required.
MBA Degree preferred.
Working proficiency in English.
7 years in service delivery experience and at least 2 of those years in a senior service delivery management role within a legal services or professional services organization.
Experience in building credibility and trust with a diverse and challenging business stakeholder group.
Advanced knowledge of core legal practice areas within a law firm environment is desirable but not necessary.

Exposure to overall operational management of legal services delivered by the review team in Krakow
