Your responsibilities
Manages Operations Excellence team within Ivy EMEA
Drives strategic business plans to align resources to meet future customer needs and drives superior operational results
Focuses the organization to be best-in-class
Leads and directs activities associated with improved operations within Ivy
Drives the delivery of a process that increases efficiency, removes waste and improves quality. Drives a model for repeatable success and consistency
Drives metrics related to the BSC to evaluate performance and drives a reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes
Administers the development of systems for managing supplier performance
Builds relationships with BUs and site resources in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvement opportunities to drive results
Performs other duties as assigned
Our requirements
8-10 years of work-related experience
Strong knowledge of global and regional reverse logistics operations and industry
Ability to quickly engage in operations and obtain a strong understanding of the business and operational flow
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt preferred
Proficiency in determining requirements to enable a company’s business goals and objectives with the ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets
Strong financial and analytical ability
Higher education in the field
Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine the optimum company footprint
Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes
Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and managing continuous productivity and cost reduction programs
Strong and convincing communication skills
Proficiency in use of personal computers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and e-mail skills
Strong understanding of lean processes and analytical capability
Knowledge of Business Unit management and analyzing P&L's and ability to demonstrate tangible results in operations
