A Dispatch Support Representative is focused on providing outstanding customer service to our shippers and carriers. This team is routinely interacting with multiple departments across the organization in a fast-paced work environment. Your primary role will be to focus on ensuring our partners are 100% serviced, by answering the inbounds calls that our Support Line is receiving or directly contacting our business partners. Whether it is providing a simple piece of information or facilitating a complex solution, a Dispatch Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in the day to day success of our business. Don’t know anything about logistics? No problem! We have an extensive training program that will teach you what you need to know about the transportation industry and Coyote’s systems. All you need to bring is a tenacious attitude and customer service experience!

We are looking for full-time employees available to work in shifts if needed and to start in September

• Tuesday to Saturday

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Answer inbound calls and assist carriers and shippers as needed

• Make outbound calls to track and update status of existing shipments

• Create incidents as needed and notify appropriate parties, escalating where necessary

• Build and maintain relationships with external carrier & customer contacts and internal sales and ops reps

• Understand account operations and execute on exceptional customer service

Sales organization

Since Coyote Logistics is growing fast and is a highly dynamic organization, its European sales organization is as well developing and challenged to get more digitized and bring more customers. At the beginning of 2021, our new Central-East Sales Director started and is on track with developing a new sales team for that region, building a collaborative, result orienting and learning culture. Her Sales team consist of the 4 German based Business Development Managers, 3 Business Development Managers focusing on the Polish region, and 2 Business Development Executives for Poland and Germany. The team is spread between Wroclaw, Germany and Amsterdam with frequent team gathering in Poland to foster a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
