    Fujitsu EMEIA strategic direction is to continue strengthening it’s presence in Poland. Throughout Poland, in Global Delivery Center Łódź and Katowice, Shared Service function in Łódź, Commercial team in Warsaw, Fujitsu employs around 3 000 talent. Apart from Procurement Operations function built in Łódź we continue growing strategic Procurement Team which count for 17 people today.

  • Aim:
    • Responsible for all sell-in and sell-out measures to dedicated strategic distributors and all related marketing activities to promote and achieve the objectives of the agreed business plan.
  • Responsibilities & Expectations:
    • Formulating a local business development strategy in the defined area, in synergy with the Sales and Marketing Teams.
    • Growing revenue by selling the full Fujitsu offerings and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Understanding and monitoring key metrics to measure Distributors ingperformance.
    • Proposing solutions to optimize cooperation and performance of Distributors.
    • Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
    • Cooperating with all levels of management, negotiating and influencing to build consensus among stakeholders.
    • Initiating the sales process and taking on activities aimed at supporting business growth.
    • Leading negotiations and growing revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
    • Representing the company at conferences and other industry events.
    • Providing trainings, presentations and webinars.
    • Developing and maintaining personal knowledge of priority solutions; promoting trends and routes to the market to improve effectiveness within a sales support function.
    • Delivering sales forecasts to the Manager and preparing sales reporting of opportunities in the Salesforce.
  • Qualifications:
      Well-established knowledge of the sales process.
      • Excellent sales planning skills.
      • Several years of relevant work experience in the IT business - please attach to the application a list of top 5 projects with general description and a list of top 10
      • Distributors /Partners / Clients with whom you have the strongest business relationships.
      • Good knowledge of the IT infrastructure.
      • Ability to work independently, set and achieve milestones and carry out self-designated activities.
      • Good knowledge of English and knowledge about trends in IT.
      • Experience in analyzing a problem, building solutions and inducing the Client to the offered solutions.
      • Proven accomplishments in solution selling .
      • Openness and ability to build long-term business relationships.
      • Strong communication skills combined with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization.
      • Passion for sales and drive for results.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including self-motivation.
      • Ability to work in dynamic international environments.
