For our Client, a company with western European capital, we are looking for Candidates for the position:

Job description:

Distribution model definition and management, both for Partworks & Flowpacks. Criteria definition for each launch – preparation of specific POS by POS distribution plan
Distribution coordination with National Distributors
Coordination of timely distribution (no delays) with Operations
Review Marketing proposal of distribution vs. quantities needed to cover sales by country
Planning and analysis of sales checks, confirmation of dates and monitoring of compliance with the plan
Update of sales data and monitoring of sales' fall outs and revision of performance
Demand review and evaluation of unsolds and shortages
Monitoring of sales' fall outs
Calculation of needs based on current sales data
Check estimations with Marketing
Realization, review and circulation of Sales Reports for each country
Development and implementation of tools for improving running of the business
Ad hoc analysis preparation upon the manager request
Test analysis – area test definition & sales analysis
Competition update

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position
University degree, preferably in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, management, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Fluent both English and Polish
Respecting different cultures and adptaing the comunication to the differt stakeholder (e.g. different country, style or way to communicate)
Communicate effectively, in a positive way
The ability to develop good communication among team members and internal stakeholders
Strong problem solving skills
