Your responsibilities
Develop and grow profitable sales for the ARO Business through Distribution or OEM channels in the region
Partner, drive and support Distribution to grow the business by identifying new opportunities, application or potential key accounts
Share and provide product, application and market expertise to Distribution
Introduces and follow new products or local initiatives
Provide product, sales and technical support
Provide product training to Distributors and OEMs when needed
Animate and lead Distribution to success through solid field presence
Interface with Order management, Marketing, Engineering or Product management to solve eventual issues
Analyses the market trends and provide conclusions to Sales Team Leadership
Provide professional planning, reports, opportunity descriptions and business cases to
Sales Team Leadership
Implement sales & promotions programs
Achieve sales targets
Our requirements
Graduate from a technical school or engineer with some solid business skills
5+ years of proven experience in sales with technical products to distributors and to end users
Expertise in Positive Displacement Pumps technology and their applications (Ideally Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps)
Strong sales & technical background
Strong communication and negotiation skills to interface at all levels in an international environment
Good presentation skills - must have strong ability to explain technical information
Ambitious, enthusiastic and persistent
Committed, engaged and reliable
Achievement-oriented and willing to put a high level of effort to produce results in a fast-paced team environment
Must be comfortable working in an environment that is dynamic and evolving
Self-motivated and ability of independent sales activity. Open minded and curious on new ways
Demonstrated qualities of creative approach to problem solving and risk taking
Good knowledge of MS Office
Flexible, willingness to travel 50% working time
Optional
Good Knowledge and understanding of the pump market, Chemical Processing Industry is a plus
Fluent in English, Another foreign language is a plus
