    Main responsibilities:

    • Build, lead and motivate the subordinate successful sales team (Rx market)
    • Provide highly motivated team members and involvement in the implementation of the entrusted tasks
    • Implement the Company's sales development strategy
    • Control sales budgets on the monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
    • Supervise and be responsible for sales plan implementation
    • Build long-term relationships with strategic clients, responsibility for key negotiations
    • Market analysis in terms of needs and opportunities
    • Preparation of sales analyzes and forecasts
    • Establish a scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals, scientific societies, patient organizations
    • Accountable for management of implementation of marketing solution and coordination of promotion activities
    • Monitoring and analysis of market trends and sales opportunities

    Requirements:

    • At least 4-year experience in similar position in pharmaceutical industry (sales team management)
    • A proven track of record of leading and motivating successful commercial teams
    • Higher education
    • An in-depth knowledge of Rx market as well as an understanding of the therapeutic context including the competitor landscape
    • An understanding of the process of drug development and production
    • Key knowledge and experience in the field of sales techniques
    • Analytical approach and negotiation skills
    • Communicativeness, diplomacy, influencing and organizational skills
    • Willingness to take initiative, result oriented
    • Strong customer orientation
    • English command
