Your responsibilities
Preparing all needed documents for PPAP approval process for new products
Meeting requirements for customer specific solutions
On-time delivery of projects documentation and specification
As the Documentation Engineer you are responsible for creating, updating, and supervising technical documentations for new products and processes.
Updating existing technical documentation
Analysing the requirements for new products from customer specification
Support the team during the meeting with customers
Our requirements
• Technical degree at Master or Bachelor level; e.g., B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
• Languages written and oral: English
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in automotive industry
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience with the IATF 16949 standard
• Analytical and structured approach
• Experience with injection molding or plastic in general is a strong advantage
• Strong collaboration skills – working with many stakeholders at all levels in the organization

The role – Documentation Engineer - requires a strong technical mindset and attention to details within ability to understand customer specification and requests. Experience from the automotive industry, the injection molding industry, will be an advantage.

DBI is seeking a Documentation Engineer reporting to the Product Technology Manager in Swidnicia. The Documentation Engineer is overall responsible for creating and maintaining relevant documents for new products and processes.
