We are looking for a success-driven, self-employed Technical Sales Manager, for the Polish market. As a Technical Sales Manager you help us build our brand and raise brand awareness in Poland. Your responsibilities are:
Sales of the Schils Young Animal Nutrition Product Portfolio;
Follow up on (self-generated) leads;
Draft and follow up on proposals, overcome objections and close sales;
Technical sales support to our customers;
Cooperation with our distributor;
Maintain sales data;
Constantly learn about our business and follow industry-related developments;
On a regularly base visit the Schils headquarter in Sittard, The Netherlands.
Minimal bachelor degree in zootechnics;
Experienced animal technician and nutritional advisor;
Work experience as a Technical Sales Manager;
Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills;
Knowledge of the English language, preferable also the German language.
