About the project

Job Summary:

The Global SAP Integration Architect is responsible for the overall design, implementation and architecture of all standard technical data management, data exchange and integration patterns within and around the existing SAP ECC landscape, as well as enabling the upcoming SAP S/4 landscape. He oversees and guides the flow of information between the various system landscapes, provides advisory recommendations on data domain and governance to the Business Analysts, supports ongoing project activities and delivers innovative solutions. Expertise in the latest SAP technology including SAP NetWeaver is a prerequisite.

This role is located in Krakow - Poland and requires business trips to various centers of Air Liquide Group.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, recommend, prototype practical solutions and methodologies around SAP system integration, both in existing SAP NetWeaver and future SAP HANA based landscapes,

  • Assist onboarding of standard integration patterns and practices throughout the existing and new SAP landscapes,

  • Cooperate with Business Analyst teams to understand and guide their diverse integration requirements for ECC and S/4 Hana Landscape,

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise at all levels and techniques of Data Integration in and out of the SAP Landscape, both in existing SAP NetWeaver landscapes and new SAP Hana based landscapes,

  • Support implementation of further SAP Solman modules including, such as BPM, Test Management, etc.,

  • Submit written project status and time.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience,

  • 8+ years’ experience in designing, developing and delivering integration solutions,

  • 3+ years of experience with large technology engagements as an Integration Lead or Technical Architect,

  • Knowledgeable and skilled in SAP technologies such as SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, RFC/BAPI, EDI/IDOC, XI/PI, BODS (incl. Extractors), BPM and SLT,

  • Experience in design and implementation of SAP Solution Manager (incl. BPM, Change Management & other modules),

  • Prior experience in deploying and architecting SAP NetWeaver solutions,

  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, PM, MM, PP, PS, FI, CO,

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment,

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to various stakeholders,

  • Ability to engage with customers and partners to understand their business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis session, design documentation and modeling,

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required (10-20%),

  • Experience with Google Suite (Mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) is a plus,

  • Language skills: English fluent oral & written, (equal C1).

Entity and activity description

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Group’s production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient, sustainable, customized technology and process solutions. Our core expertise in industrial gas, energy conversion and gas purification, enables customers to optimize natural resources. We cover the entire project life-cycle: license engineering services / proprietary equipment, high-end engineering & design capabilities, project management & execution services.

In addition we also offer efficient customer services through our worldwide set-up. As a technology partner, customers benefit from our research and development to achieve energy transition goals.

Efficiency and effectiveness of business processes play a significant role in the global E&C organization. The E&C SAP Core Solutions (SAP ECHO, Concur, Ariba) are key assets to ensure day to day performance and collaboration between centers, and to facilitate business process convergence across all functions. Our SAP Core Solutions Team is organized with teams spread across the world (USA, France, Germany, Poland, India, China), in order to support multi-center execution of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects for our customers.

As the E&C business activities are re-centered in Europe and Asia,the SAP Core Solutions Team will be significantly increased mainly in Krakow, Poland.
