Your responsibilities
Managing the company’s e-commerce platform and external marketplaces.
Coordination of daily operations, pricing strategies and margin policy.
Management of inventory levels and synchronizing external purchases with needs.
Cooperation with logistics operators and clients as well as other internal actors.
Initiating and managing processes aimed at maximizing sales and co-coordination of the further development of the managed sales platform.
Active analysis of the digital sales market and implementation of innovative features.
Managing customer support operations withing the business unit.
Managing of country ecommerce marketing activities.
Our requirements
At least one year of experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
Operational knowledge of the e-commerce sales platforms and shop engines.
Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish and English in oral and written form.
