Your responsibilities
As a part of the Retail Industry practice, you will participate in full cycles, large and comprehensive international projects working directly with Accenture teams as well as client teams often on client’s site
You will collaborate with different teams to deliver world-class business solutions from implementation to configurations and customizations across omni-channel merchandising capabilities in different areas of the Retail business
Organizing and managing project communications, workshops, and presentations for individuals at various hierarchical levels in the organization, Analyze data and prepare reports
Work closely with business owners to map and analyze core business processes
Conduct as-is/to-be assessment where required to create transformation journey
Continuously grow yourself and help growing the Retail team: participate in trainings, actively share your knowledge, manage other members of the Retail team. Conceptualize, design, and build re-usable components around the practices to help accelerate the development of Capability Network
Our requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or IT domain) or Business Management Degree
Good understanding of the Retail industry, acquired by working a minimum of two years directly in Retail or e-commerce, or as part of the Retail practice of management consulting / analytics firms
Knowledge and experience of at least two of the below retail functions - merchandising, supply chain, store operations, forecasting, replenishment, space planning
Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner
Knowledge of SAP Retail modules, IBM Sterling Commerce, Blue Yonder, RELEX would be an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage) and willingness/ability to travel as per project requirements
