Your responsibilities
Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborating with marketing, sales and product team to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and recommending strategies for optimization
Together with the product and marketing team, planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes on our e-commerce platform and paid marketing
Utilizing web analytics tools to generate regular reports and presenting findings to key stakeholders
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our e-commerce strategies remain innovative and effective
Our requirements
Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst or similar role within the e-commerce industry
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and other relevant apps such as Hotjar, SEMrush, and Amplitude
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in both Polish and English
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
