About the project
Location: hybrid work (3 days in the office in Warsaw, 2 days remote)
Start: ASAP (max. 1 month)
Type of contract: B2B with Client
Salary: 100 - 130 zł/h + VAT (depends on experience)

Your responsibilities
Managing development of an e-commerce store based on an open-source engine (selling 10-20 products globally), an online forum and website
Managing maintenance of web applications
Supervising internal technical team and managing external suppliers
Planning delivery roadmap and managing development budget and scope
Analyzing user data, metrics and feedback and translating them into requirements and tasks
Our requirements
3+ years of managing an IT team or IT projects
Commercial experience with e-commerce maintenance and development
Experience with customer journey and sales funnel analytics
Experience with supplier management
Good knowledge of web/e-commerce analytical tools and techniques (Google Analytics or similar)
Good understanding of web technologies
Hands-on experience in programming or IT administration
Management, organizational and time-management skills
English - B2
Optional
PHP, Ruby on Rails or Typescript programming experience
Experience with Magento platform
Knowledge of SEM technologies
