Leading our eLearning projects, from content conceptualization, through creation to delivery
Creating interactive eLearning content using various tools
Developing, implementing and managing online learning activities
Managing deadlines and ensuring the targets are met within the agreed standards
Acting as a go-to-person for departments, project teams and executives in terms of conceptualization of online learning content and virtual training sessions
Promoting an innovative learning culture and setting a high-quality standard in the field of digital learning
Cooperating with subject matter experts and copywriters

Minimum of 3 years of work experience within the field of L&D
Experience in the field of education and training, familiarity with the challenges of decentralized learning via virtual learning platforms and communication tools
Didactic knowledge and familiarity with various methods and tools for digital learning
Expertise in the authoring tool Articulate Storyline
A good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite tools
Strong English skills
Creativity and storytelling skills
