Your responsibilities

• Gather, plan, and lead implementations of enhancement ideas

• Work with stakeholders to understand the needs and set up goals

• Establish milestones and resources necessary to achieve project objectives

• Coordinate and communicate all steps of the project

• Support and manage all involved parties at each step of the project

• Manage testing activities

• Cooperate with business, procurement Teams, Atos IT and Ariba on the ongoing projects

• Be a Procurement representative in global projects led by other Teams

• Conduct an independent search of upgrade opportunities

• Manage e-Procurement Tooling & Efficiency SharePoint

• Maintain guides for admins and requestors regarding MyAtos application (catalogs, Guided Buying, Ariba Buying, MyAtos apps)

• Train users regarding system usage (Guided Buying, Ariba Network)

• Implement changes in the system

• Work on system issues

• Deal with escalation

• Support Admin Team (GB, ZP) in daily responsibilities (changes, issues, processes)

The E-Procurement Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and leading project activities to achieve objectives within a specified period of time. Project management requires skills in organizing, budgeting, staffing, monitoring, and communicating. The role involves enhancing existing processes and tools and implementing new ones.
