Early Careers Specialist - EA, AME regions

The Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute on engagement events for Intern and International Graduates (IG)
  • Help to organise campus hiring including business participation at select events (e.g. shortlisting, interviews, campus activities)
  • Ensure contract execution and completion of pre-joining documentation and pre-employment checks are completed by support teams
  • Plan and execute engagement strategies to enable a great candidate experience throughout the extended period between offer and joining date
  • Work with HRBPs and Heads of HR to manage the identification of high performing IGs and use people forum insights to inform our training, development and deployment decisions
  • Work with the business to identify 'gateway' roles for deployment from the IG programme
  • Support the management of candidate pipelines in collaboration with Resource Solutions
  • Guide IG Alumni association activities and encourage the graduates to self-organise events and activities
  • Develop market intelligence and share insights to inform recruitment strategy
  • Gather talent insight on Early Careers talent and input into talent development and deployment activities
  • Provide input on promoting our programmes in a centralised social media calendar across our early careers and group social media channels and third party job boards
  • Be an employer brand champion across all of our social media platforms
Our Ideal Candidate
  • A genuine passion for junior talent and people starting out in their careers. Previous Recruitment, Talent Management, or HR experience is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the Bank
  • Exceptional project management skills, ensuring delivery of required elements according to the standards which govern each respective programme or initiative
  • The ability to select the very best people, from an exceptional candidate pool, and make instinctive recruitment decisions backed up by interview data
