Your responsibilities

  • Being a strong FlexLink brand ambassador ensuring all sales and marketing collaterals reflect and adhere to corporate branding standards

  • Define the right communication channels and activities for specific target groups

  • Deliver and support digital marketing and sales initiatives esp. through social media and content marketing

  • Prepare & deliver promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, other documents in local language

  • Drive and manage brand agencies in the development of marketing materials

  • Interpret and define CRM data for campaign management and mailings

  • Develop, execute and evaluate multi-channel lead generation projects

  • Support product launches and promotions with factory product pictures, videos, and customer success stories

  • Organize external / internal events and promote the brand at industry events (tags, conferences, meet-ups)

  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, analyse and recommend improvements

  • Prepare, develop and drive market and business intelligence for the local units

  • Share successful customer cases within the FlexLink units, e.g. using Inside and promoting the activities on Inside

  • Collaborate with other company departments & support other units in East Europe

Our requirements

  • Customer-focused mind-set and hands on marketing experience within B2B environment

  • Strong knowledge in MS Office 365 and MS Dynamics

  • Proficient skills in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and Sales Navigator

  • Ability to develop creative ideas and concepts

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Pro-activity and networking skills

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Strong research, analytics and reporting capability

  • Highly motivated self-starter with very good interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor or Master degree

  • 4 years of experience working in a B2B company (within 2 years in Marketing Communications role developing sales tools and implementing campaigns)

  • Polish and English, written and spoken is a must
