The opening towards other cultures is a desire expressed by a growing part of the Western population. This propensity for discovery is reflected in a certain appetite for new gastronomy.

After having created a brand that quickly became one of the leaders of Japanese cuisine in France, our group is now pursuing a policy of sustained development on an international scale. We intend to expand our market share while remaining faithful to the values of quality and renewed creativity that explain the loyalty of our customers and partners.
