Your responsibilities

  • We expect that you, as an expert, tell us where we should focus our attention in the Employer Branding area.

  • You will shape the EB strategy: goals, priorities, actions, and build a short-term and long-term plan.

  • You will coordinate external events and activities – maybe job fairs, maybe co-operation with universities, maybe something else…?

  • Social media? Of course! You propose channels and create content (or supervise it) and use proper analytics to follow the effectiveness of our social media presence.

  • And have you seen our website?! Lots of things to change…

  • Outdoor campaigns? Why not? Let it be in line with our image and needs.

  • And very important: INTERNAL ACTIONS!

  • We have great employees eager to involve in attractive and alluring activities, they want to help others, share their passions, spend time together, grow, and many, many more things but somebody needs to coordinate it.

  • Our employees say: we need to improve communication! That’s true, we need a communication strategy and plan and execute it in a professional, vibrant and engaging way :)

Our requirements

  • You need to have passion to create, tell stories, and engage people.

  • You need to know how to communicate different messages to different audiences.

  • You need to be ready to take initiative and action even when others say they don’t have time nor energy…

  • You need to know how to act on the big stage called “social media” – what, when, how…

  • We will appreciate if you apply in KION your previous experience in EB and internal communication gained in a corporate environment or a marketing agency.

  • You need to have patience and openness to work with different stakeholders, listen and advice.

  • Fluent English is necessary – you will create content in English as well.

  • What else?

  • Sense of humor, open-mind, curiosity of people and the world.
