Your responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects to establish and roll out new business processes, functionality and technology.

  • Go in front of the team in learning; share knowledge with team and hand over activities as new processes are stabilized.

  • Support eBusiness team members and other teams with system and technology expertise and with data, analysis and reports to enable issue resolution and defining, aligning and improving work processes.

  • Define and develop reports to monitor activities supporting eCommerce processes.

  • Work with IT and data management teams to address and solve issues. Technical issues are handed over to IT.

  • Potentially: Develop towards back-up and successor for team leader.

Our requirements

  • Experience with - and interest in working according to - fundamental Project Management principles and frameworks. Project Management certification is an advantage but not a requirement.

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience in international Customer Service and/or Supply Chain organization.

  • Strong understanding of general business processes with focus on order management and billing.

  • Extensive experience in working with ERP systems – ideally at Super User level - is required. Knowledge specifically about SAP is an advantage.

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in working with data extracts, analysis and reporting. Experience with and interest in extracting, handling and analysing data. Expertise in Excel, MS Access and Power BI / SQVI / SQL is an advantage

  • Able to and interested in defining, documenting, implementing and continuously improve work processes. Knowledge about lean methodology – maybe a Yellow or Green certification - is an advantage

  • Fluent in speaking and writing English, including practical experience with use of English for work.

  • Interest in and ability to take ownership of communication within projects and collaborations with customers and colleagues.

  • Clear and effective business communication skills, both in written and spoken English

  • Capabilities for and interest in learning-by-doing with support from colleagues.

  • Ability to multi-task and work on several activities and with several programs and interfaces at the same time.

  • Ability to plan tasks, setting own priorities and complete both smaller tasks and larger projects according to deadlines.

  • As experience and seniority grows, we expect ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in accordance with our Project Management methodology based on urgency, workload and complexity.

  • Ability to think and work both as part of a team and independently.

  • Analytical way of thinking; interest in reporting and handling of data.

  • Interest in leadership and supporting - potentially succeeding - team leader.

  • Global cultural awareness and interest in communication with people on their terms.

  • Flexible approach to work, high attention to detail, good organization and networking skills.

  • Interest in investigating, challenging, analyzing and asking the right questions until a solution is found.

  • A good colleague! Always willing to share knowledge and ready to help.

  • Flexibility to take meetings outside work hours and provide support for different time zones.
