Your responsibilities

  • Leading new e-Commerce implementations and managing projects end-to-end

  • Documenting business processes and requirements for IT solutions, preparing fit gap analysis

  • Performing project management activities like tracking the project status, timelines, scope, budget, resource allocation

  • Communicating with project team members and stakeholders and providing regular status updates to all parties involved

  • Supporting change management and adoption, indicating potential areas where trainings are required

  • Engaging with various teams and multiple stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing solid governance model

  • Being a trusted and respected business advisor to guide key stakeholders. Working closely with them towards workable and valuable solutions to capture opportunities

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience within IT, preferably in e-Commerce solutions as: Implementation Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst or Product Owner

  • Experience working in complex IT projects following Scrum/Agile methodology

  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership for end-to-end process and service delivery

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • “Can do” mindset

  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence or similar tools for process tracking

  • Experience in process flow mapping & driving process optimization is a plus

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must
