    Ecommerce Marketing Specialist with French

    The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist owns and drives the B2C sales and marketing operations of your Country in order to deliver customer satisfaction, website traffic and sales.

    MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    We are looking for a Ecommerce Country Specialist  to support our B2C ecommerce project with marketing and sales activities. In this role you will take care of fulfilment of the sales generated on the site, you’ll work on SEO optimizations in order to drive traffic to the site and take care of customer satisfaction. 

    Major areas of responsibility include:

    • Execute SEO tactics proposed by the SEO strategy (e.g. linkbuilding, content creation and optimization, .).
    • Take ownership of the Social Media channels in your country of our ecommerce website.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
    • Help fulfilling Ecommerce orders and support buyers on shopping and shipping related queries.

    Primary Objectives:

    • Drive traffic to the site.
    • Generate Sales.
    • Fulfill sales.
    • Customer Support.

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • You speak at least one foreign language ( French, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Japanese,...) and have a good enough level to writing web-content in that language.
    • Professional level of English (not customer facing).
    • You’re a natural “hustler”: you love to get things done, are comfortable with an all-hands-on-deck environment and have a bias towards action.
    • Proven collaboration mindset.
    • You’re comfortable taking initiative and you propose solution instead of seeing problems.
    • Works well in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a track record for meeting deadlines.
    • You’re comfortable to talk to customers on the phone, via email or on social media to help him out getting his transaction fulfilled on our site.

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED:

    • Experience in a customer-facing role is a big plus.
    • Ecommerce knowledge or experience a plus, though not necessary.
    • SEO knowledge a plus, but not necessary.
    • Any other languages a plus (Spanish, German, French, Italian,...)
