Your responsibilities
- Working hand in hand with international marketing teams on B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Drive the execution of individual campaigns, looking after the design, set-up, send-outs, and monitoring of blasts campaigns across digital channels (email, in-app, push notification).
- Work cross-functionally with business managers, communication specialists, marketing automation specialists, performance specialists, graphic team, and BI.
- Analyze data, campaign results, and business KPIs across B2B and B2C segments and geographical micro-markets to propose improvements and prioritize ongoing eCRM marketing efforts.
- Contribute to quarterly planning of eCRM marketing activity roadmap.
Our requirements
- 1 year experience in marketing.
- Hands-on experience with state of art email marketing tools including the use of automated audience segmentation interfaces.
- Strong communicator with some copyrighting and graphic design experience (or willingness to learn).
- Data-driven professional with a good feel for numbers and the ability to act based on insights.
- Fluent English (constant cooperation with the international teams). Spanish or French will be an added advantage.
- Team player with excellent organizational and process management skills.
- Fast learner with natural curiosity and drive to deliver business impact.
