Your responsibilities
Developing scientific Open Access journals
Providing reports on product and portfolio performance
Office support for general publication activities
Our requirements
An academic degree (in the relevant field, especially physics, nanotechnology, mathematics, life sciences, biology, medicine, biotechnology or similar)
PhD will be an asset
Outstanding communication and organizational skills, particularly with regard to meeting deadlines, structuring workflow processes and prioritizing tasks
Experience in academic teaching or research
Professional computer skills (standard office software)
Excellent written and spoken English is essential
A personal computer is required

Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager, the role will be vital in understanding the impact of our marketing campaigns, allowing for more effective targeting and communication with our existing and potential authors. The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for data collection, segmentation, transformation, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance to improve the effectiveness of De Gruyter Authors’ marketing. The role will require data management involving mining, querying, and setting up data feeds to analytics platforms from a variety of data sources including marketing channels, CRM, owned websites, and publication reports.
