Your responsibilities
Respond to field / customer issues with the products
Supports assigned product lines, including support of PCBA manufacturing, assembly, test, component obsolescence
Support the evaluation of component replacements by analyzing critical electrical characteristics
Support the validation process of component replacements (ability to perform functional, thermal and vibration tests)
Solve product/process issues, component, and quality issues with manufacturers
Provide interface on quality issues between the Manufacturer and Woodward SQEs
Creates and maintains BOMs; releases drawings in WISE/Windchill
Basic knowledge of main IEC, CE, UL standards
Setup and support of electronic manufacturing processes
Support of customers and operations in product related issues
Our requirements
Excellent communication skills both in Polish and English
3-5 years of experience in debugging of electronic hardware with strong focus on problems solving with PCBAs
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field
Ability to interpret technical drawings (electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, control cabinet layouts. Mechanical drawings) and component datasheets
Ability to provide technical problem-solving guidance to others (cooperation with internal Electronics Service Department)
Competent knowledge of engineering quality systems (PLC, engineering change, configuration management). Ability to run existing standard tools (e.g. schematics, layout tools etc.)
Complete understanding of component function and testing requirements. Understands manufacturing processes, drawings and standards
