Your responsibilities

  • Actively support the implementation of the global EL assessment framework in close collaboration with the division/ELGM HRBPs.

  • Coordinate assessment process with selected candidates and in collaboration with external partners.

  • Conduct feedback session with approx. 200 – 300 candidates per year.

  • Support appropriate measures after assessment feedback sessions.

  • Support/Co-lead potential projects within the talent and learning area focusing on assessment activities (e. g. Leadership development, career planning, succession planning, capability and workforce planning, diversity and inclusion etc.).

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and improved business impact.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Professional with > 3 years of experience in HR/area of assessment.

  • Experience in consulting and advising business leaders, HRBPs on Talent and Learning agenda.

  • Experience with implementation of talent and learning initiatives in a global environment and working across multiple geographies and within virtual teams.

  • Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues.

  • Excellent in delivering assessment feedbacks and collaborating/consulting leaders at all levels.

  • Self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Proficient using MS Office tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
