You'll campaign setup and targeting through the campaign management platform.
You'll monitor KPI trends, the performance of our campaigns and our users' behaviour to optimise target groups and relevant content to increase the effectiveness of the CRM strategy.
You'll lead campaign reporting, validate hypotheses, and analyse the activity results to provide actionable insight to improve communications continuously.
You'll design tests to measure and improve the effectiveness of CRM activity.
You'll implementation of all promotional offerings on the webpage.
You'll close collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to understand user behaviour and leverage it in the email campaigns.
At least one year of email marketing or e-commerce marketing experience.
Practice and knowledge of database marketing and A/B email testing.
Analytical skills – connecting large data sets from multiple sources, analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and other online marketing analytics tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience on marketing Automation and Direct marketing Platforms is a plus (e.g. Mailchimp, Mandrill).
Critical thinking and problem-solving enthusiast with immense attention to detail.
Tech and digitally savvy and eager to learn new technology solutions.
Fluent English and Polish.

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Team (part of the Marketing Tribe). You will help continue the current pace of growth by ensuring that we are effectively messaging our customers in a way that informs, delights and drives growth. You will be responsible for campaigns setup, audience segmentation, analyzing results, optimizations and building recommendations based upon findings from tests and historic performance.
