    Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
    EMEA Auditor
    Nr Ref. SA/102018/SM, Warsaw

    Responsibilities:

    • EMEA Auditor role works within EMEA audit team and reports into the AVP – EMEA Internal Audit, EMEA Functions Plan Owner
    • Deliver and participate in key strategic, regional and global internal audits, including audits of financial reporting and accounting operations, management reporting and accounting operations, Investments Front-Middle-Back office activities, Procurement, Solvency II, Risk Management, Human Resources, and various other functional processes e.g. US and/or Local Regulatory audits, and acts as subject matter expert if needed
    • Support for MetLife’s businesses and operations following industry and regulatory standards, communications management and stakeholder management for the processes, including close cooperation with senior business management and internal audit stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance
    • Professional qualification (CPA, CIA, ACA, ACCA) is a requirement and knowledge of CAATs and ACL techniques
    • At least 3 years of experience in investments, finance and/or audit, public accounting and financial service industry
    • Knowledge of generally accepted audit standards, IIA standards and Corporate Internal Audit standards
    • Fluent English is a must
    • Analytical skills, problem solving skills, openness, decision-maker, communicates effectively
    • Willing to travel
