    EMEA Commercial Analyst
    Location: Warszawa

    Reporting into the EMEA Commercial Manager, the Commercial Analyst will work as part of the Solutions Development team across JLL’s EMEA IFM business to provide pricing support for client proposals. A key, strategic and high-profile role at the front end of our business.

    • Review, understand and complete client pricing requirements
    • Review and understand the commercial, risk and revenue recognition elements of the deal
    • Ongoing ownership and development of our internal pricing models and tools
    • Deal scenario modelling as required and production of deal P&L’s for board review
    • Work with various JLL internal functions, to ensure our price offering is suitable to meet both our requirements and those of the client
    • Undertake competitor and market analysis
    • Support as required customer presentations and negotiations
    • To become a subject matter expert in deal pricing and work with colleagues globally to share ideas and drive continuous improvements
    • Produce management information related to solutions development
    • Support other business lines with benchmarking and other ad hoc requests related to IFM
    • Strong financial and analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Very strong systems skills – the ability to become a subject matter expert in our pricing methodologies, as well as advanced Microsoft excel modelling skills (VBA highly desirable)
    • Excellent time management / prioritisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple project
    • To be able to work under pressure, sometimes for long periods and sometimes outside of normal office hours to meet client deadlines
    • Articulate and confident, and able to engage and present to senior leadership as well as potential clients
    • Energy, enthusiasm and a drive to achieve excellence and be a strategic business partner to the business
    • Willingness to travel as required
    • Finance or business-related degree
