This is an excellent opportunity in a growing role which gives a significant opportunity to develop both the role and the individual. The role supports the EMEA Financial Controller Digital Agenda through the delivery of Intelligent Solutions. The role involves understanding relevant governance, supporting process & innovation design, delivery & sustainment with business stakeholders, delivering specific Intelligent Solutions Specific Responsibilities include:
Act as the Confluence lead user for the EMEA Legal Entity Controller team
Running the Confluence Centre of Excellence
Designing and maintaining Confluence training material on [email protected]
Deliver locally focused Confluence training
Maintain Confluence MIS
Chair the Confluence Working Group
Provide Confluence design and consultancy services to end users
Maintain a strong link with vendor and tech support teams
Act as the Signavio lead user for the EMEA LEC team
Design, maintain and enhance current Signavio workflowa.
Demonstrable project management experience is essential.
Consulting experience (internal or external) is highly desirable.
Innovation and change management skills are essential.
The role requires strong communication and organisation skills, an aptitude for learning new software platforms, an eye for process improvement, and a mindset to innovate / change.
Possessing a ‘delivery mindset’ and comfortable taking ownership to ‘get things done’.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience delivering tactical change in a digital environment.
Proficient in Confluence, Signavio & Excel (essential) ,Proficient with Tableau & Alteryx, (desirable).
Experience working with a range of software platforms, covering data preparation, analysis, and visualisation.
Knowledge of applying information management and technology controls frameworks.
Background in finance is desirable.
Conversant with concepts such as Software Development Life Cycle, Databasing and Data Management, and Process Design.

Description for External Candidates:
As a GES Global Mobility Manager, Vice President, you will be responsible for delivering a best in class simplified, personalized and digitized employee experience through superior service and operational excellence. This includes, but is not limited to, providing advisory support on matters related to Global Assignments, including Permanent Transfers and Domestic moves, within the region through benefit provision, advisory, and assignment/relocation coordination for managers and employees who utilize our services. You will be required to adhere to established processes and guidelines in support of Global Mobility clients and partners, including managers, employees, and HR teams. As part of your daily duties you will interact with employees at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues (complex, sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring attention to detail, empathy, ability to troubleshoot, taking ownership and accuracy of work while maintaining a high quality standard and ensuring data integrity. You will be a leader of a 4 staff of Global Mobility Advisor, giving them guidance and advise.
