Your responsibilities

  • Collect, control and maintain the accuracy of payroll inputs (fixed and variable elements)
  • Participate actively in the migration and transition of payroll processes to the Warsaw Corporate Centre and its centralised payroll team
  • Cooperate closely with local in-country teams to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time
  • Deal with various queries from employees, managers and other internal stakeholders as well as clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify risks and ensure appropriate controls and regulatory checks are adhered to
  • Perform post-payroll tasks and deliver reports to downstream users (finance, accounting, audit, third parties, statutory authorities)
  • Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders (third party vendors, government authorities)
  • Regularly review processes and ensure they are up-to-date, and documentation and controls are in place
  • Participate in payroll process improvements and payroll projects
  • Ensure compliance with all internal/external regulations and requirements

Our requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in operational data management role
  • Experience in payroll/HR operations would be a huge plus
  • Fluent business English
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Attention to details and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working towards deadlines and calendar
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and good command of Microsoft Office

EMEA Data Administrator on Payroll Team We are looking for Payroll Analyst to process EMEA payroll. In this position you will be responsible for collecting and checking monthly payroll data submitted by the variety of internal and external stakeholders, submitting data changes to our payroll providers and reviewing payroll reports to ensure monthly outputs are 100% accurate. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, eager to learn our payroll processes and have numerical/analytical skills as will be managing designated tools with accuracy and efficiency. Our teams are operating across various countries, so great communication skills and fluent English is a must.
