Job Description & Summary
We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Automation Manager with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to join our Europe, Middle East and Africa Marketing and Communications team (EMEA M&C). Working in partnership and fostering collaboration amongst a community of Marketing and Communications leaders and teams, the EMEA M&C team is also responsible for designing and executing a range of strategic campaigns that have market and commercial impact.
To support market growth across EMEA, the team is working to transform the marketing function through the adoption of technology to facilitate modern, data driven marketing approaches. In this role, the successful candidate will be at the centre of these transformation plans as we deploy SFMC across the region.
You will have plenty of opportunity to shape the implementation and evolution of how we use SFMC to reach our clients and our people. You will also work closely with in-country marketing automation teams to develop, set up and execute targeted campaigns for a range of strategic priorities. You will be responsible for building and managing a community of marketing automation experts, developing and running training to further enhance your colleagues’ marketing automation skills and acting as a strategic adviser on SFMC best practice.
This is an exciting role where you can combine your strategic marketing, project management and creative skills with your technical knowledge to help improve our clients’ experience, create stronger connections between sales and marketing, and position the PwC brand in the marketplace. In return, you will work in a dynamic, international team offering fantastic connections across the business, opportunities to grow and develop your own skills, and be empowered to make an impact.
